In 1993, I graduated with my degree in Occupational Therapy and in 1999  obtained a Massage Therapy degree.  Since then, I have worked with patients in a rehab setting to assist in their recovery from many illnesses and joint replacements  Later, I trained in Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Essential Oils. This bodywork helped clients with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma recovery.  Now my focus is using my holistic coaching skills incorporating nutrition, fitness and stress management to help my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. I, too, have struggled in my own life and these tools were significant in my own transformation and healing.  It is crucial to address the whole person: Body, Mind, and Spirit. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.
